Office 2003 tries to reinstall Mappoint

Just upgraded to Office 2003. Every time I open Outlook or Word or Excel, it tries to reinstall MapPoint from a CD, which I can't seem to find. Tries three times - have to click out of it each time; then it gives up and load the Office application. What is going on here?
