Office 2003 - Typing over inserted image in Word

I have an image inserted in the page (actually a menu background with logo).
I need to set up a table *on top ofe the image*. Is there any way to do
this.

Click the image, choose Text Wrapping icon from Picture Toolbar (the
icon with the dog on it) and choose "Behind Text". Insert your table
then drag the image into position.
