Office 2003 Update failed. Tried several times, no luck. Anyone.

Used Office 2003 Update. Attempted to install Service Pack 1 and related.
Put distribution CD in drive. Update failed. Tried several times, all
failed. Anyone experience this? Thanks. (e-mail address removed)
