I'm not sure I'm following you on updating Office 2003.
Did you install an Office 2003 production software edition
and then use the 'check for updates' link the Help menu?
If so, do you have a firewall on your PC that is not set
to let the Office apps through?
Wbat is your Windows version/service pack level and
what is the exact error message you're receiving?

After installing Office 20003 it will not update. The
error message says someting is wrong with te update
tracking. Any ideas re: what is happening? >>
