office 2003 update

I went to the microsoft site to check for any office
updates, and after running the wizard there were 2
available updates:

1) Office 2003 Critical Update: KB828041
2) junk e-mail update for outlook KB832333

they downloaded fine, but were not installed, and afetr
trying again, I still could not install.

Are these really important?

perhaps they were on my office 2003 disc which I
purchased a month ago?

I have the same exact problem as a* - tried Paul's

solution but it didn't work. (I should also mention that
when I run Windows Update the results never include any
Critical Updates.
For a*: Are you getting CRITICAL updates in Windows
Update?
For Paul who responded: I have to assume this problem
has something to do with our (a*'s and mine) settings or
some Firewall issue. Any suggestions. Thanks

Just wanted to add that I'm also getting the "can't find

SKU111.cab" that someone else mentioned. I've tried
twice now to go through the link article Paul suggested -
no luck. (I went thru "client" - Is that correct? Tks
