Office 2003 update

Tuvia

Hi.
It seems to me that the .msp files are missing
and I cannot update or remove ( to reinstall)
the Office 2003.
Any suggestions what to do ?

Thank you !!

What are all the errors you are getting if you go to the run box, type in
"eventvwr.msc" and click on Application, and scroll down to the time of the
problem with MsiInstaller as the "source"?

Typically, this error is a result of corrupted Windows Installer information
in the registry for Office. You'll need to use the Windows Installer
Cleanup Utility (available from the KB article at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301). This
utility will delete the Windows Installer registry information for your
Office installation, but not uninstall Office 2003. After going through
this step, you'll need to install Office 2003 (or any other product that
whose installation information you delete in this way).

If you get an answer to this question, I'd like to know
as well...mine seem to be missing as well, along with my
boot record.
