Office 2003 upgrade

I purchased 3 new computers about 1 1/2 years ago with
Office 200 on them. I want to upgrade to Office 2003.
Do I have to buy 3 upgrade copies or can I legally buy an
upgrade for all 3 machines?

Here is the end user license agreement for Office 2003 products:

Click the version you want. Section 1.1 (a) and (b) concerns installations
of the software.
