Office 2003 upgradew questions

MG.

Hell to all. I have a Dell laptop with MS Works 2003 "suite" installed.
The CD's that came with it appear to be Full versions, they are still brand
new and -sealed. Does anyone know if this will qualify me for the Office
2003 upgrade? I checked the website and it does list MS Works 2003 and I
did NOT see any fine print about retail vs. OEM versions. Besides, these do
not say "OEM" anywhere on the CD's. Also, my wife is a teacher and has
access to the Educator version. Since she's not very PC literate and I wind
up "helping" I was wondering if that would
qualify?

Thanks in advance for any help and best regards,
Morey G

If it lists your version of Works as qualifying for upgrade products, then
they qualify.
