H&S will not uninstall anything that it does not have, e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint from Office 2003 will be removed, nothing else, when you choose the upgrade option.

After furious head scratching, Mark1864 asked:
| Yes I was wondering the same thing too spiderRog. Got Office 2003
| and just about to install "Office 2007 Home & Student" - but want to
| keep that Outlook 2003.
| So does the installation process of "Office 2007 Home & Student" give
| you the option of keeping Outlook 2003 while overwriting Word 2003
| etc - or is it best to completely uninstall Office 2003 first - and
| then reintstall the Outlook 2003 component after you've installed
| "Office 2007 Home & Student"?

|| I have just purchased a OFFICE Home & Student 2007. If I install it

|| I lose the Outlook program which does not appear to be included in
|| the new Home & Student 2007 product?
