Office 2003 user organization name change

I can change the user name, initials and address and
such, but how do I change the name of the organization?
I am referring to the info listed under 'Help\About
Micosoft Office Word'. Selecting that will list who the
product is licensed to, to include the user name,
organization and product ID. Is there a way to change
the organizational/company name?
