Office 2003 Volume License CD

We have a volume license for Office 2003. I just tried to install
Office from one of our regular Office CDs using the volume license but
it seems this can't be done from a regular CD.

How do I go about getting the special CD I need?

You cannot use a retail CD with a volume license key.

You should have received a volume license cd when you signed up for the
volume licensing agreement. You will need to contact the company you set
this up with.
