Office 2003 - Web Collections

Hi all,
Running office 2003 (SP3) on Vista Ultimate 32.

For some reason I cannot access Web Collections when searching for
clipart. I hit search and within 1-2 seconds get "no results found". If
I open up clip organiser and double-click 'web cllections' nothing
happens.

'Search online content' is ticked. I've completely uninstalled and
reinstalled Office & I've tried disabling my firewall to no avail.
Online help content works fine.

Any ideas?

Mick,

My wife and I are having the same problem...our only solution so far has
been to create a new user in windows to get around the problem.

Have you been able to figure this out?

You may not be able to use the Clip Organizer to view Web Collections when you
run an Office program

Mick,
I solved my problem today. This sounds crazy, but go to
http://office.microsoft.com and see whether you're logged in. Mine said,
"Hi, (name)" but had a text link next to it saying, "log in." I clicked "log
in," and the page reloaded...after that, I was able to download clipart
normally through Office.
