office 2003 will not install

install problems then office wouldn't uninstall also problem with 2 spy and
adaware programs window install box would apear looking for
'511735.MAINSP1op.msp' eventualy uninstalled 2003 with with window uninstall
tool now i have a disc for office2003 what will not reinstall
