Office 2003 does not have different color schemes (Office 2007 does). To
change the colors in Office 2003, you'd need to go through the Control
Panel, and change the system colors. (Word 2003 still has the option for
white text on a blue background in Tools - Options - General, but I don't
believe that other Office 2003 applications have a similar option).
