Office 2003 Won't Open

I had to run System Recovery on my computer and it completely deleted Office
from the hardrive. All my saved work is there but not the programs. I tried
to reinstall it but now it won't open. I get a message saying -The
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on Ok to
terminate the application.
I know Office 2003 is older by my computer doesn't have room for 2007, it's
too big or something.
Anyone know how to get this working or what's going on? I have to write a
school paper on Word and homework on Excel and now I can't.

I am guessing that there is something corrupted in your Office 2003
installation. I would suggest uninstallilng (including deleting the
'\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11' folder), and then install again.
When installing, Office Setup will not replace a file that is already
there even if it has been damaged.
