Office 2003

Presently running Office 2000 Professional. From the
Upgrade list I qualify for the Upgrade price on 2003.
Having problems with Outlook in 2000. It has been
suggested, by Microsoft Tech Support, I completely
uninstall Office 2000. Does qualifying for an Upgrade
price give me the complete version of 2003 in order for
me to uninstall the old and install the new? Ohterwise I
have a problem.

Yes, having Office 2000 will qualify you for the upgrade price. Plus, you
can purchase Office XP now and get an almost free upgrade to Office 2003 in
October when it is available at retail. (Almost free = you pay shipping and
handling.)

You will get the full install. It will ask for disk(s) that demonstrate
proof of prior ownership during setup. Just provide your Office 2000 disk
1.
