For some reason the Import Export wizard doesnt show up
under the File menu. The only thing I could find in help
was that the languages between Office and XP were
different. They are not. Both are set to English U.S.

This was a known fault if you uninstalled the Business Contact Manager, if
you go to View > Toolbars > Customize > Toolbars > highlight Menu Bar and
then click Reset does the Import command show on the File menu.
