Office 2003

After upgrading to Office 2003, I cant seem to get the
office shortcut bar to appear as it used to using Office
2000.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Install the Office 2000 toolbar or get used to it not being there.
Office 2003 does NOT have a toolbar.

The only way to reconstruct your toolbar is to reinstall it from your previous version of Office. When you reinstall, deselect all of the applications and install a 'custom' installation. You can deselect everything except the toolbar. Chances are that it will come back in the previous configuration.
