Office 2003

Dear All,
Recently I've noted that in office 2003 the relative buttons to a function is not showing the correct status. In other language, when I'm selecting a Bold formatted word I can't see the button of Bold isn't active unless I just pass by my mouse on the Bold button at the standard tool bar.
