Office 2003

I have used 2 of 3 allowable installations of Office. On
both of these computers, I had to do an XP re-install
because of a virus. Can I re-install office on these same
computers? If not, how do I ask Microsoft if they can
give me two credits so I don't have to re-purchase the
same product? Thanks.

Hi David,

I'm assuming this is the Student/Teachers Edition.
You should be able to reactivate although you may
need to use the telephone method to explain the situation
to the MS technician if you encounter any problems.

Yes, you can reinstall. Use the phone when you have to activate and run
into difficulties.
