Office 2003

I loaded a new user on a pc and am trying to load their email in Outlook
which I was able to do. But every time Outlook is opened up the following
message pops up. I click OK and Outlook seems to be working fine.

C:\Documents and Settings\???????\Application
Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL'
is not a valid Office Add-in.

I've tried uninstalling MS Office 2003 and reinstalling it.
I've tried deleting the users account then reloading them.
I've gone to "Tools-Options-Other-Advanced Options-Add-In Manager" but there
was nothing to do in that box. If I click on the "COM Add-Ins..." button the
message pops up again.
I tried locating the "extend.dat" file and deleting it.
I've run a CHKDSK on the pc.

The weird thing is that this problem is only happening with this users
account. I logged onto the pc and was able to load her email information in
Outlook 2003
and the message never came up.

Can someone please, please tell me how to fix this stupid problem.
