I have Office professional 2003, running on XP, just updated to SP 3. I am
having problems with hyperlinks embeded in email and Excel attachments
contained with incoming mail. Both problema occur with incoming mail... my
screen program locks up, no error messages. When I try to close the Window I
am told the program "is not responding" and it asks if I want to close. I
respond yes and Outlook shutsdown. I have turned off McAfee. reloaded Office,
checked with my ISP and Dell, my computer mfg. with all persons pointing to
the other. Any sugestions?

From what I am hearing about SP3, you should not have loaded it. Causes some
fo the same probelm you are describing.Try to restore from a point before
the install.
