Office 2003

I was just wondering when Office 2003 will be available on
new computer purchases and if you will continue to support
Office XP in stores? Will you sell both or just 2003?

You meaning Microsoft? If yes, then please realize that these forums are
peer-to-peer support and not a direct line to Microsoft. If you want to ask

page.

Office System 2003 is being loaded on new computers that are being shipped
now from OEMs. Office System 2003 will be available at retail beginning
October 21.

Hi Traci,

To add to Milly's reply, MS will no longer be shipping
Office XP product once Office 2003 is in stores (it's like
a new car model), but Office XP that is in stores will
continue to be available for stock on hand. MS will continue
to support Office XP retail products directly. OEM Office
products (those pre-installed on PCs) are supported by
the PC maker rather than going directly to MS.
