Office 2003

I scan for updates on Office 2003. SP1 is a critical
update. It downloads and begins to update then the message
appears "Installation Uncessful". I have tried it with
individual products such as Note 2003, same thing. I have
updated Office 2003 before with no problems. It does not
ask for the CD to be inserted!!
