Office 2004 cannot identify Entourage X identity

I have recently installed Office 2004 on a new machine and
wish to import my entire list of mail and adresses from my
old Entourage X located on my old machine. I have used the
wizard and it asks me to browse to the folder
Documents/Microsoftdata etc etc. it then reports that the
idenyity cannot be found. On looking at the file containing
the Entourage Database - all files are greyed out and I
cannot locate an importable file.

First archive the old data base (file---export) and then import that file.
