Office 2004 for Mac Service Pack 2

I installed the subject service pack and now every time I open up Excel
I get a message that says" An unexpected error occured while trying to
load the Microsoft Framework library".
Any suggestions asto what I can do to correct the problem?

If you restart your machine and then relaunch the Office apps, do you still
repro?
