Office 2004 Registration

I installed Office 2004 yesterday and tried registering the software.
In Entourage, I clicked on "Entourage--> Online Registration." I
entered my Passport information and the Product ID number, found on
the About screen.

Each time I try sending this info the website sends me a message that
the Product ID number is incorrect. Has anyone else had this problem?

Not sure why you're having trouble. Registration isn't necessary, though
- all it really does is give you the option of getting an electronic
newsletter or email from MS and MS partners.

Same problem here. And... if I try to go to the Help menu of any of
the apps and select Check for Updates, it tells me that AutoUpdate
isn't installed. When I say to install, it says there was an error.
Nothing more. Ugh.
