Office 2004 upgrade

Is it possible to buy the MAC Office 2004 upgrade and use Office 2000 for
windows as the pervious owned copy. I recently went from windows to a MAC and
don't want to have to start from scratch purchasing software.

As far as I know, it's not. The cheapest way to get a copy is if you qualify
as a student or teacher.

Unfortunately no. They don't support that :-\ The only cheaper option I
know of is the Student and Teacher edition. Is ther q chace you or
someone in your home would qualify ??
