Office 2004 ???

I was debating whether or not at this point in the year
it is worth it for me to purchase Office 2003 or wait to
see if Microsoft will be releasing a 2004 version of
Office.

Has anyone heard about whether or not this is planned
and/or what type of additional features are expected?

There will probably not be another Windows Office release for sometime
since
2003 has only been around about a year now.

Office 2004 has been released for the Macintosh platform. Microsoft will
not release the same named version for Windows.
