Office 2007 Activation Problem

K

klmcintyre

Every time I try to Activate I get a message telling me "The Activation
Wizard is unable to find a connection to the Internet. Please make sure your
connection is working properly and they retry activation in a few minutes."

I have been trying all afternoon, first at work then at home. Obviously I
have an Internet connection. Obviously it is working or I could not be
posting this. What is wrong with this irritating Product Activation process?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

perhaps your firewall (on your client or on your network) is blocking that?
try disabling your 3rd party firewalls.
