Office 2007 Add-Ins with Citrix - Performance problems

I ahve develped an add in for OUtlook 2007 to simplify setting the
sensitivity of an email message. When this add in was deployed in the Citrix
environment the server's CPU usage was maxed after 10 users. Has anyone ever
run into this type of situation? This AddIn was developed with Visual Studio
2008 using tutorials and how-to's for Visual Studio 2005.
