Office 2007 Add-ins

We recently switched to Office 2007 on MS XP and continue to have problems
with Add-ins disappearing. Not the tab, but funcitions that had been there a
week ago are now gone. If there is a way to "build" a function that won't
keep disappearing (although it does appear in the lists & checked boxes)
could you please let me know. Keep in mind, BASIC steps. Thanks!!

Hi Glazitelloe,

As you mentioned functions I'm guessing this is MS Office Excel 2007?
If so you may want to also post in the Excel discussion group through the link below.

Hi Bob, thank you for your response. I'm with a CPA firm and one of the
programs we use has it's own Document Managment System which you can "add-in"
to MS products. We've had success in keeping the add-in with Excel but it
continues to disappear from Word (we're using Office 2007). The item appears
