office 2007 and Share Point Portal Server 2001 (SPS2001)

After the installation of Office 2007 I can't anymore access the SPS 2001
Portal via the File Manager, access to the SPS is only possible via the WEB
Explorer. Do anyone have an idea or a solution to solve this problem. It's
necessary because we starting the migration to MOSS but still use SPS 2001
Workspaces with a lot of documents. These sps 2001 workspaces will migrate by
point to point later time...
