Office 2007 B2TR activation process

Can anybody say me why the Office 2007 B2TR activation process is failing?, I
had tried it and respond me something like this: "A communication eror has
ocurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time please try again in a
few minutes". There is any other way to do it?

Help me.
