Office 2007 Backward compatible

Hi -
I have several clients using Access databases generally using Access 2003,
with the backend installed on a MS server and the frontends on the individual
workstations. I am wondering if a client buys a new computer with Office
2007 and I don't convert the database to 2007, can everyone, including the
new user, continue to use the 2003 .mdb database just as they always have or
will I run into compatibility issues? Any experience out there or words of
caution or encouragement?
Thank you!

As a general statement, Access 2007 can run a file in 2000 or 2002/2003 file
format. That doesn't mean that all areas of the app will necessarily work
properly. You will have to test.

The most broken area I know of is DAO commands to synchronize
replicated databases. This is a major bug that MS is aware of and
considering a hotfix for.
