Office 2007 Beta 2 Add/Remove Component broke?

Aaron

I installed the Beta 2 for Office 2007Pro on an XP machine with SP2 leaving
my previous version of Office 2003. I did not install outlook as I wanted to
keep my 2003 outlook. Everything was fine.

I decided to try out 2007 Outlook, however the Office 2007 Pro installer
would not allow me to add the component. I tried installing another component
I originally did not install (Access I think) and could not add that either.

I was able to uninstall Office 2007 Pro and then reinstall it adding Outlook
this time. No problem.

I am actually having the same problem. I scan for some articles and found
some sites where users were reporting similar problems. I just uninstalled
Office 2003 and was going to try to reinstall it. Hopefully that will get
Outlook back on line again. However check out these articles and see if they
help you. If I find a better solution, I will let you know.
