Office 2007 Beta 2 background colors

Man I *really* hate the dark grey backrounds in the new Office 2007 beta 2
suite. It makes my desktop look all gloomy. Is there a way I can change the
colors to something more cheerful? It would be nice if Office 2007 also took
more advantage of Vista Aero and had more transparent areas like the unused
toolbar areas.
