office 2007 beta problems

I am having problems with being able to print or email an invoice out of the
2007 business accounting 2007 beta tech refresh. I have been in contact with
their beta support and they think that the problem might be in the word 2007
beta. so they recommended that I uninstall office 2007 beta2tf and then
reinstall it and see if that solves the problem. Sooooo, I have uninstalled
office and then tried to reinstall it and it gets halfway thru installation
and gives me an error on graphics and then backs out of the install. The
error is #2711 an internal error (graphicsfiltersCDRfilesintl_1033). Can
anyone help me with this one please. I use word to print and email invoices
for my company and right now I can't do either so I can't get paid. this has
been going on for almost a week and clients are getting pissed that they
can't take care of their bills and I need to get paid.

Also I am getting an error in outlook 2007 w/ business contact manager 2007
that says there is a managed mapi catistrophic failure and I can't access or
uninstall business contact manager. I get between 30 and 45 of these messages
everytime that I opened outlook 2007 before I could even see my email.

Gee not to be sarcastic, but thanks. I know that. I have been using these two
programs together for 6 months now and havn't had a problem. now that both
office 2007 and business accouting have recently had technical refreshes now
I am having problems. I find that interesting. so that is why I am requesting
help and hoping to bring attention to a potential problem. Please respond if
it is something that is helpful - not stating the obvious. thank you.

Try uninstalling Expression Web Beta, and then try reinstalling
Office 2007 Beta 2.

As for your invoice printing/emailing problem, you haven't told
us exactly what problems you're having. If you get an error
message, please quote it exactly and completely.

Hi Timm,

Taking these in reverse order. If you uninstalled Office 2007 Beta 2 that had the technical refresh applied the the Business
Contact Manager may have difficulties as it's tied into both Word 2007 and Outlook 2007 (also there is a separate Outlook Business
Contact Manager 2007 Technical Refresh, available from http://microsoft.com/downloads (search on B2TR) that needs to be installed
once you have Office 2007 plus its B2TR installed.
Without knowing the exact error message you're getting on the MAPI failure, and with Office/Outlook 2007 having been uninstalled
it's not clear at this point what state your computer and apps are in for you to be trying to use Outlook 2007 to check your email.

When reinstalling Office 2007 Beta 2, when you get to the Intall Now/Customize screen choice in Setup choose Customize and set the
choice for Text Converters/Graphics filters to 'Not Available' to complete the setup Once you have completed installing the Office
2007 Beta 2 proudcts plus their Technical Refresh packages and the Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager Technical Refresh you can
use the MS Office 2007 Professional Edition choice in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel to reenable any missing
filters/converters.

At this point with beta (unfinished) software, you may also want to consider the impact of occurences such as these in a test cycle
as far as relying on them for your day to day business.

Before doing any install, upgrade, reinstall, etc, set a restore point in Windows, backup all of your files, and restart your PC.

Thank you Bob for your help. I went in and disabled the graphics filters and
tried reinstalling again. now I am getting an error on t97word and it won't
install. I think that there is more underlying problems here. I am almost
tempted to do a complete rebuild of my system but it is a tablet pc and I
don't know if I want to mess with that.
