When "Repeat Heading Rows" was selected (after a table had extended over two
pages) the table got confused:
- Rows of the table were repeated
- The table 'thought' "Repeat Heading Rows" was selected in several
different rows of the table, so this control could not be toggled off
regardless of how thew table was selected.
- Selection of table text in one place resulted in highlighted text in
anotherrow
- Problem was resolved by looking for "Repeat Heading Rows" in every row (by
selecting row by row) then toggling off on each occurrence.
- looks like an XML tag mix-up to me.
