Office 2007 Beta2 and B2TR versions compatibility problem

Hi; I have been using the Office 2007 Beta for some time; Till the Beta2
program was launched there was'nt any compatibility issues with files; but
recently I got the Beta2 Technical Refresh program and i am left out of my
work;

I face problems in using the 2007 B2TR;
1. I cant open the files used in the previous versions, even the 2007 B2
files;

Please advice; ASAP

Hi;

Please advice if there was any error on my part; There was'nt any issues
while installing the package;

If there are some probs; I would like to post that; Is there a way to remove
the B2TR version and use the Beta 2 as before;

Please advice at the earliest;

Hi R.T.,

If you're using a Symantec-Norton protection product open the settings for that program and in the Miscellaneous section for
Antivirus settings turn off the Office Plug-in then restart Word to see if you can open your documents.
