I have a user that is getting the following message when trying to close an
email that user has replied to.

This action cannont be completed because business contact manager cannot
access the database.
Cannot open database "mssmallbusiness" requested by the login. The logon
failed for user 'user'.

This just started out of the blue. New computer w/ Office 2007 and has been
in house for about 3 months working fine. Per Microsoft download and run
UPHclean (User profile hive cleanup service).
Installed program on user's pc about a month ago. After I did this user
reports problem is fixed. Then today it starts again.......User got the
message and rebooted and it didn't solve the problem.
Anyone have any clue why this is happening?
