Office 2007 Can't Create "New Documents" in any of the products

Office 2007 (trial) XP Pro (SP2)
Office Diagnostics reports no problems detected.

For some reason, I can't create any new emails, word documents, or anything
new. I'm really only concerned with Outlook at the moment. It opens all files
without problem. Opens existing emails, notes (in outlook) without problem.

All "New" menu items are greyed out. Same is true in Word, Publisher, etc.

(Only thing I brought over from Office 2003 was Outlook file)

Any know what might be the problem?
