Office 2007 Chinese input

hi, does anyone know how to activate the Chinese input function for Office
2007? Have enabled the Chinese keyboard under Control panel > Regional and
language options > Keyboards and languages > Change keyboards > Installed
services. Am also able to view the added languaged in my language bar, but am
not able to input any chinese characters.

appreciate any help.

I'm not sure if this will help. In addition to selected Chinese in your
language bar, you also have to choose which IME mode you want to use (the
language bar has two buttons now, one of them is a symbol which is probably a
red circle for you). Click the symbol and choose another IME mode, then try
typing. Remember that you have to switch to Chinese and turn on the IME (as
I just described) for each application that you want to type Chinese into, so
be sure that you have Office 2007 open and ready for typing before you switch
to Chinese.
