Office 2007 Compatibility pack for XP SP3

The Office 2007 Compatibility pack doesnt seem to work for XP SP3.
Can anyone point me to a resource for sp3.

Sorry if i had posted in the wrong place.

The Office 2007 Compatibility pack is for Office 2000 - 2003 enabling them
to open and edit Office 2007 files. What error message do you get when you
try to install it? What OS are you using?
