Office 2007 compatibility pack Sp1 Issue

I am trying to merge the Office 2007 Compatibility pack and its SP1, But The
patch fails to update the admin image.
The command used was "msiexec /a <admin image> /p <patch>"

I would like to deploy these two components as one package via Radia
infrastructure.

Do let me know if there is any issue with this patch, as i see numerous
writeups in forums about this patch issue.
