Office 2007 Compatibility Pack

After installing the Office 2007 Compatibility Pack (and it's SP1) last week,
my Office 2000 Pro (at SP3) started requesting that I accept the EULA
agreement (via a popup window) each and every time I start any Office
application. It never did this before the "update". I tried to find a help
link but kept ending up at "pay us $50 first" pages. As per the Terms of Use
requirement below, I would appreciate a solution to this annoyance.

Log on to the System using an account with Administrators permissions
and then accept the EULA.
