Office 2007 Compatibility

I've recently had to "upgrade" to Office 2007, which doesn't have Access or
Publisher that were available on my old Office 2000 Pro. I uninstalled
Office 2000 because it seemed to be confusing the 2007, causing problems with
Outlook. I then tried to re-install Access and Publisher 2000 by themselves,
but again I get problems with Outlook, and some general confusion in 2007.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.

Define "problems" and "confusion" - we are not looking over your shoulder and these terms are meaningless to anyone who is trying to help you troubleshoot.

Error messages? Exact verbiage? Which version of each problem program is giving you the error?
