Office 2007 conversion

I have a computer that came with Office 2007 (has access and publisher that
we never use). I purchased the Standard Version (better for us for home).
Will I have issues trying to install the standard version? I'm assuming that
I would have to uninstall the version of office that I have now and then
install the standard version. Will we lose access to our existing documents?

Yes, you should uninstall the trial version first. No, you will not lose
existing documents but it wouldn't hurt if you backed them up. ;-)

Thank you! Sometimes I just need a little confirmation that I'm thinking
things through right.
