Apologies if I have the incorrect forum for this.
We are slowly rolling out Office 2007 across our company. Current End Users
who have access to it do so because of our recent DAX migration.
Our Accounting dept. recently sent out a fairly intensive Excel 2007 doc.
The doc was created using Excel 2007 on a Term. server running Windows 2008
Server (Standard).
The document was distributed to a number of EU, none of whom have 2007 yet.
We installed the 2007 converter company wide, both on individual laptops and
Terminal servers.
We're getting a number of "converter failed to oipen doc" errors, which are
to be expected I suppose, but at the same time we're also getting a number of
"Not enough memory to run Office Excel..." error messages (both error
messages pop up at the same time).
The messages are popping up even when EU have no other application, or
instance of Excel running.
I've tried to "google", but haven't yet managed to stumble onto anything
that directly addresses our situation. Wondering if someone might have some
info, or can point me towards where I could find it.
Thanks,
Jim
