Office 2007 converting from French version to English

I have received a French version of Office 2007 Home & Student as a gift but
would prefer the English language version.

Is there any way to switch to the English version using the French version
license? The DVD seems to contain only the French version.

Office 2007 uses language packs to add proofing tools and user
interfaces in different languages. You can add a French single language
pack to a non-French-language version of Office 2007, but currently
there isn't an English single language pack that can be added to a
non-English-language version of Office 2007. This may or may not change
later this year or next year when the Office 2007 Multi-Language Pack
becomes available. For now, if your software vendor is not willing to
exchange the software for you, then your only option is to purchase and
install an English language version of Office 2007 if you really want an
English user interface.
